Access Control System – Generating New Keys
Use on an existing ACS (Access Control System) if encryption keys require re-generating.
Open the Access Control System that requires encryption updating, and select the Generate New Encryption Key button.
This puts the Access Control System in Encryption Key Update Mode, generates new random keys and changes the button adjacent to Generate New Encryption Key
Pressing Complete Encryption Key Update button completes the update procedure once all readers have been updated.
