Admin Portal – Access Control Systems

  • Create a New Access Control System.

  • Specify a Name for the ACS (Access Control System).

  • Access Control System Details:

    • Name: The name the user has specified for the ACS

    • Reader Type: Select Symmetry Blue

    • Access Control System Bit Format: Select either 32-bit, 62-bit or 63-bit

    • Factory Key Setup: Select either Standard Default Factory Keyset or Custom Default Factory Keyset

    • Access Control System Token: Generates an Access Control System Token

  • If 63Bit/62Bit is selected from the Access Control System Bit Format field, then you must specify the Facility / Credential No. Check the Symmetry System checkbox if using with Symmetry. For customers who have different site codes, and using 63Bit/62Bit; then a separate Access Control System will be required for each code.

  • If Custom Default Factory Keyset is selected then the Custom Readers Factory Keyset field is made available.
