Admin Portal – New Access Control System
Create a new ACS (Access Control System) and specify 63Bit, or 32Bit format.
Specify a customer code (only required for 63Bit).
Select Standard Default Factory Keyset, or Custom Factory Keyset if the readers are delivered pre-encoded from the manufacturer with custom keys.
Select a Key Generation Strategy*
Check the Symmetry System checkbox. Click Create
* Key Generation Strategy:
Use Factory Keyset –Readers will work out of the box.
Randomize on Creation –Will generate a new encryption key, and the readers will require updating using the Mobile App.
